Location and Scheduling

Because of some past experience with therapy,
I thought I'd need weekly sessions with Janene.
However, she helped me accomplish more in
a single session than I did previously in several  weeks. She thinks a few follow-up sessions at spaced intervals will
be sufficient to address
my problems.

Scheduling a session

If you do wish to book a session, Janene will work with you to accommodate your schedule. Evening and weekend appointments are available. Janene prefers to see clients at her office because it is free from distractions. However, alternate arrangements can be made if necessary.

The number of sessions required is entirely dependent upon the issues and the individual concerned.
Some problems respond very quickly to hypnosis and can be eliminated within one two-hour session. Others may take longer.  It is misleading to make bold claims about "rapid cures," as there is not one single strategy that can possibly apply to everyone. However, when you consider the options that other therapies offer, hypnosis often requires the least amount of office time to experience results. Generally, it is best to plan on an initial session and at least one follow-up session.
